Enhance Your Suppbot Entries

Suppbot has the capability to satisfy many of your customers’ questions and provide comprehensive answers. The key factor is how specific and detailed the information you feed to Suppbot is.

Of course, there may be instances where Suppbot doesn’t have a satisfactory answer. This can happen for several reasons, especially when it comes to very detailed, specific questions that you haven’t provided information for, or when a customer has direct inquiries about a specific order, invoice, or other context that you haven’t included or don’t want to include.

After Suppbot generates an answer, a question appears asking whether the answer was satisfactory for the visitor or not. If the answer was not satisfactory, the visitor can interact with the appropriate button and will be informed that they can forward the request to support via email.

This process packages all the request information into an email, which the visitor can then forward. If you’ve included a notes field in your form, the visitor can also provide additional information about their request.
