Headline
This is like the title or name of your Suppbot form. It’s the first thing your visitors will see, so make it clear and meaningful. If you prefer not to display a headline, you can hide it in the settings.
Introductory Text:
This text appears before your visitors start typing their questions or requests. It’s a good place to inform them that their inquiries will be answered by an AI and that the responses they receive are not legally binding. Like the headline, you can also choose to hide this text in the settings.
Bot Texts
Name of the Supportbot
You can give your AI support bot a name here. This name will be used in the introduction when the bot interacts with visitors. If you don’t want to display the bot’s name, you can hide it.
Companyname
Enter your company’s name or the name of your organization or website. This information helps the AI understand the context of your responses.
Industry
Specify the exact industry or sector your company or website belongs to. This helps the AI provide responses that are relevant to your specific field.
Company short description
Provide a brief overview of your company, summarizing what it offers. This gives visitors a quick understanding of your business.
