Depending on your WordPress language settings (Site Language), all texts of the Suppbot plugin will be translated into the respective supported language.
However, if you want to provide your own translation or modify existing translations, you can do so anytime, for example, using the free Loco Translate plugin. If you make changes to the language files, make sure to change the translation location to ‘custom’ to ensure it remains update-proof.
If you find errors in the translations or would like Suppbot to include another language in the future, please feel free to let us know. To do so, simply submit a Feature Request to us.
