Are you interested in your visitors’ questions?
If you have purchased the SUPPBOT PRO version you can also have all support requests saved as entries.
This is especially interesting because you can track at any time which queries your users are asking.
Additionally, it is also noted whether the user was satisfied with the Suppbot query (if they disclose this) or if the queries were not satisfactory for them and they forwarded the request to you via email.

The user interactions
As mentioned before, it can be interesting to know how your visitors react to the Suppbot response? Are they satisfied with the answer or do they still have questions and would like to forward them to you via email?
In your plugin dashboard, you can see your current rating. In this case, rating indicates whether the AI was able to satisfactorily answer your visitors’ questions or if it was insufficient, leading them to request further support via email.
Rating
If your rating is rather poor, it means that the quality of your input texts is not sufficient, or you need to better address your visitors’ questions. Your goal should be to have a positive rating because this indicates that Suppbot was able to satisfactorily answer your visitors’ questions.
You can adjust and modify your input texts at any time as needed to achieve the best possible results.
